Licensed Real Estate Inspector – Mike Martin

Graduating from Texas A&M in 1987, Mike has immersed himself in the Texas real estate business since the early ’80s. He possesses a thorough understanding of the Northeast Dallas housing market. These days, Mike concentrates mainly on McKinney and Frisco TX home inspections. He learned how to inspect homes and commercial property from his dad, Ed Martin. The greater Dallas community recognizes Ed as one of the true pioneers of the Texas real estate inspection business. And this training gave Mike a full appreciation of the importance of discovering potential structural and system issues for prospective home buyers (or sellers). Along with the need to deliver a thorough report quickly and discuss this with clients.

More importantly, Mike knows how to talk with folks about homes. He helps buyers and sellers understand what’s critical, as well as what’s just routine about home ownership. Like all our property inspectors, Mike Martin strives to help you understand the strengths and weaknesses of the home before you decide to buy.

Experienced Property Inspection Experts

AIS inspectors understand the extreme competitiveness of our Texas housing markets, and the importance of being available to conduct inspections on short notice. Frequently the ability to perform a thorough home inspection quickly determines the success of the buyer’s offer. This gives our clients a competitive advantage in the frenetic housing markets of Frisco, McKinney, Park Cities and Richardson, TX.

To make things easier for our clients, we have automated our home inspection process and reporting. This reduces the end-to-end time it takes to produce and deliver an Inspection Report. Prompt scheduling and reporting gives AIS clients a competitive edge in an environment where sellers may be receiving multiple contemporaneous offers. You’ll receive your inspection report via email before we leave the home being inspected.

Our entire inspection staff is dedicated to excellent service, done in a professional manner. Whether you’re a first-time buyer or a home buying veteran, we can help you make an informed, clear decision.
