Inspect This, Picture #3

Twelve gauge wires are currently being used on the 30-amp dryer circuit.  This size wire is too small for the circuit.  The circuit should have 10-gauge wires for service.  There is also a white wire being used as an ungrounded (hot) conductor.  At a minimum, this wire should be labeled with electrical tape at each end to identify it as a hot wire.
